Substrate Question

Ok I am doing the 50/50 sand/soil mix for substate because their are too many farms around me to use the soil. I was curious because I like the fact of having little bugs/beetles/what have you cleaning the soil and eating fecal matter making it a little enviornment. I was curious what the best bugs where to get to do this and if it was ok to get them and just put them in the enclosure? If they are able to be found outdoors can I do that too? Like for one I know pill bugs (rolly pollies) are good ones and I know I can get them outside, would they be ok WC to put in an enclosure?

I have gotten pill bugs and earth worms from outside and put them in some of my enclosures. I have heard of people getting centipedes and various things, but I have not done that.
