Help question bout food

was wondering bout what all is good to feed him and whats not good, also whats good substraite for his cage,,also how oftwn to feed them

at this stage in life, feed mostly insects.

you can offer crickets, mealworms, superworms and small baby mice. be sure to supplement the insects. feed it every day as much as it will take. once you go more to a mice/rat based diet, you can cut back on food intake and stop supplementing.
the best substrate is dirt. and lots of it. there are no substitutes. you can get plain topsoil at hardware stores or dig up and sift your own.
