Question about savannahs
Is it normal for a sav to always go to the bathroom in the same place? I think it's great that I don't have to go searching for it.

It does make it a lot easier. I can't wait till mine settles down. I know it takes time, but I get so jealous of the people I talk to that can handle theirs. LOL.

How old is your sav? I took care of a neighbor's while he was in the hospital, and he moved without coming to get the lizard, and I'm trying to learn as much about it as I can. He/She/It looks to be about the same size as yours. How much do you feed it, and what do you feed it? I seem to find different advice everywhere, but I'm catching on quickly about the tank size/ heating/ varied diet thing.

I'm not exactly sure how old my sav is, she was a rescue/adoption. She is my first monitor and I'm still learning too. I feed her a couple mice a couple times a week with crickets, and worms in between. And some egg and turkey every now and then as a treat.
