Our Sav - DUW maybe?
Pics of our Sav!! He/she hasn't really got a tail missing he was just hiding it LOL. The second one is his current viv - not much soil as yet but we've got him a big bag of topsoil to stick in tomorrow when we do all the vivs.

I haven't really measured him but I know he's growing! I think he might be a male from looking at the examples in Daniel Bennett's book of male and female - males supposed to be having bulbous snouts and he seems a bit so in that area.
Edit: How's Tess? Is he eating now?

Havent checked yet today. I changed her water yesterday. I am giveing her a few more days with her hides before I offer any more food. She has been basking a lot lately. I put a piece of corian down for a basking spot and with a 100w flood light 12" away, the 12" by 20" piece of corian stays 120-130 degrees. Incase you don't know, corian is a solid surface, non pores material used for counter tops, showers, ect. My parents are in the process of inheriting the buisness where they make counters. Its a great buisness and the corian transfers heat really well. It also holds it for a few hours if the power does out or when you turn the lights out.

Oh OK - it's just that you referred to him as "she" in your post I have no idea what ours is and am not really worried as we love him/her anyway. Actually I'm kinda hoping it might be a "she" as they're supposed to be more docile - docile!! LOL!
