feeding BT

to anyone thats has been around or has their own black throat i was wondering how you fed him. i like feeding him out of my hand but now if i put my hand in above him he'll try and bite it sometimes so i was wondering how you fed yours or had seen one been fed many times.

i feed rodents/chicks from tongs and insects i just let loose in the cage. gives 'em something to hunt and chase.
eggs are boiled, deshelled and served in a feeding bowl.
