Up the basking spot to around 100-110 degrees. Make sure he can get away to a cooler area. Just add a few hiding spots and keep the handeling to a minimum. Make sure he can get as warm as he wants and also as cool as he wants. I would take a fecal sample to the vet to test for parasites.

i'm no expert on timors
but what i know of others may help.
PCNCB is right.if ambient temps in the basking area are less than 110F you need to adjust.it can be as simple as raising the basking elevation.from what i do know about timors is they will climb.and i know it could be wild caught as well.but if a temps are right, parasites can get burned out.they don't like a body temp getting over 120F.
humidity can be easily attained with soil deep enough to burrow in.you can get digital hygrometers and thermometers from wal-mart or home depot and lowes.
don't handle it unless you have to.
