Help with an argus

I have a 1 and half yr. old argus-flav monitor. he is almost 5 ft long. the question i have is that one of his claws on the right front foot, the nail bed is peeling back away from the claw. I have talked to everyone i know about this and nobody seems to know what is happening. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

what type of substrate are you using? Does the animal have a soaking pan/pond?
lighting temps humidity?
I absolutely love argies....do you have any photos?

If you have that kind of a problem I would either get pics & post them or go to the vet. It may not be serious but think about the animal
