For the money the A70 is a prety good cam. I was debating between that and the Fuji Finepix3800. I opted for the Fuji, but not sure if i made the right coice, But i really like the fuji.

Hey Ed, what kind of memory card does the Fuji use? I was checking out that one as well!

TONYHAWKINS, it IS a Pastel. No question. Graziani line from Markus Jayne Ball Pythons. He produced 3 Pastel clutches last year at 600g and 8 months of age!!

Ticked me off when i bought it cuz when i was looking at them they were $399.00 So I anted up and bout it. 3 months later they dropped $100.00 Hind sight is always 20/20 but i still love the cam. Just gotta read more and play with it more to get better pics. It's not as point and shoot friendly as i would like., but when you do it right, it does take great pics.

Its funny you say that about reading more Ed, because I was just talking with another herper the other and we were discussing how we basically use 1/100th of the capabilitites of our cameras, yet we use them 1000x more than the average normal user! LOL!

I remember 2 years ago finding out that my camera could do macros. This was a FULL 14 months AFTER I bought the camera! LOL! What a dunce eh?
