wc ball pythons
I heard a rumor from a friend that imports this year are going to be regulated more or something and snakes such as Ball pythons are going to be harded to get in wc. I was wondering if anyone else heard this rumor. Sorry but I think that would be great! Ball Pythons are one of my personal faves but they are the best/worst snakes! My captivebred Ball Pythons eat great right out of the eggs and grow to be big healthy tame pets but wc Ball Pythons seem to end up being the exact opposite, Id like to see less wc for sale this year! cb Ball Pythons all the way! LOL
As I am writing this actaully my fiance and I are each holding a yearling male Tickity and Stud, while in the other room Max and Sandy are breeding (have been hooked since 9:00 am!!!! )

i love WC balls...you dont have to feed them for nearly a year cause they likely wont eat anyway lol...just kidding..what i hate most about them is the brush burning technique in which they are caught. I'd love to see these guys out of business. I know times are tough in most parts of Africa..but there are other ways to make a living even there.

It's never good to import the Ball. Mortality rates for imports are unacceptably high (like 60-75%), and if they live through the transport, they don't live very long and carry parisites. When my ball pythons get the the right age, I'll be sure that they will contribute to the captive bred population. I love my baby snakes.
