AHH i hate winter
Is it normal at this time of year for snakes to go off feed? My burm has been 3 weeks with out eating. Now i know thats not long for a snake. But drives me up a wall  . Has anybody else had this problem

Oh yes!!!! Last winter my burm went off feed from December through April. Wasted many a rat during that time, hoping he would eat. Then April hit and WHAM he was putting down 4-5 colossal rats a week, for a couple months. All my snakes slow down with their feeding too. The adult Boas, go down to about once a month. So no worries, just don't thaw out too much prey.

I'm with ya on that Jules I've never had a Burm slow down any on feeding for me! They must have that new Morph the Burm Ball! Hehehehe!

It's only good when you know in advance they wont eat. Otherwise you waste an awful lot of rats. I'd much rather have them not slow down. Just as you figure they are not going to eat, and you lower your rodent stock, thats when they turn on and eat you out of house an home.
