Is Domino really a male?

We bought Domino in June/July 2002 as a hatchling and the shop sexed him as a boy.
16 months later he's now nearly 9ft long and Ive decided to post a couple of pics.
One of them is of his tail in case there's a tail expert out there.
We're not really worried if he IS a she, but the growth rate is so phenominal we did wonder.
Can anyone help please. No way are we going to attempt to stick things up his bottom to make sure.

A ventral shot would be more helpful.
But I have seen males get that big that quickly.

It's also possible you are feeding him better than the shop was.

He didnt eat very well until March this year. It seems he grew about 3 foot over a matter of weeks and his appetite shot up. He's been through a very aggressive stage so we've fed him for our own safety.
Thank god he seems to be slowing down on begging and going less aggressive again.

They do tend to get rather testy when hungry!
