Re: Feeding Time
wow that busted rat is gross lol but I have to admit the same thing happened to the one I fed my corn snake the other day and it was equally as gross. I didn't think to take pictures of it though lol.

Should I post all 500 picture of my jcp eating at once, or just a few.

Thanks, my whole collection isn't in this feeding video, but most of them are. If I remember right it doesn't show my large Blood, my dumeril's boa, and my Ball Python eating so 6 out of 9 isn't bad.

Re: Feeding Time
Feeding is more of a chore than anything for me and most of mine are so old and lazy they don't even bother constricting anymore but I know I took pics a few months back...I'll see what I can find. Once the conda goes back on feed I may take a video, he's the only one who gets excited anymore lol.

Here's the latest. Veronica has already outgrown jumbo rats. Is there a next size up from jumbo?

Pretty much. They're pretty gross too since they're so old. I'll have to take a picture just for you next time I thaw one out

Haha. I don't think they're too much bigger than jumbos, mostly just grosser.

Re: Feeding Time
I have read here that when you start getting into the super XL sizes of rats, they have a very high fat content and can even cause boas to have runny poop. I don't know if this is only certain kinds of rats or all very large rats.
I also have a little problem with feeding rabbits because I pet sit for some. I will probably go with multiple rats.
