I would advise getting a hygrometer (it measures humidity) so that you know what the humidity in her tank is. If the humidity is usually pretty high, then misting her when it gets a little low will work fine. Ideal humidity is 60-80%, with the upper end of that range ideal for when she's in shed. Also, you can cover the screen top of the aquarium she's in with tin foil or plastic wrap to hold in more humidity after you mist.
If you want to make a moist hide for her, you can just take a small plastic box, like a sterilite container or something, and cut a hole in the lid or side - wherever you think she'll want to crawl in. Then you can fill it with moist moss or just put some water in it (about halfway up her sides). Either way, the box will stay very humid, and she can crawl in and out as she needs to.
Hope this helps!
