feeding while taking meds

Hi....my ball python was diagnoised friday with RI ...vet gave her a shot and sent antibotic home foer me to give twice a day...sunday should have been her normal feeding day...but don't know whether to feed her or wait till wheezing and sneezing subsides some ...she is 4 ft ..normally eats small rat every two weeks ....should i or shouldn't i feed her?

Nah, let her bodies system work on getting better rather than spending the energy for digestion.
Digestion uses a lot of energy in snakes.
