I would imagine a tiger retic would grow about the same as a normal retic, which means (at least in my mind) that it could be at least 8-10ft within a year depending on food intake.
I had a normal retic reach 8 feet in 10 months, and that was on once a week feedings.

yah, that sounds about right.
Males grow a little slower, and usually are fairly thin until they hit the 11ft + mark.
I have seen 9 foot males that are really skinny, even ones that are well fed.
6ft at just under a year on mice, that sounds about right, although he should be eating medium rats at that size.
I imagine it will eat whatever you give it, if it is in good health.

yea it definately shouldnt be eating mice. But the size sounds about right mabey should be a little bigger. I have heard that retics should never be fed mice and usually start off on rats.

I dont think for a snake his size should be getting only one mouse here and there.. Atleast here he will be getting the right care and feeding.. Im gona spoil him just like i do all my other babies without power feeding..OL!!!!!

Ok what do you all think of this name for my male tiger retic, "Seth" ??? Il send Bry a pic of him so he can put it in for me and you can see what he looks like.. Im working on a cage for him now. Its gona be 5ft long by 3ft wide by 4ft tall and it will have a glass entry door at one end and one in the front of the cage. This should work till i can get a better cage built for him which in the future will take up my whole bedroom wall..

Depending on the doors in your residence, I would limit the width to 30" rather than 36" in case you ever want to move the cage out of the room it's currently in...

And here I thought that some of my snakes were the only living garbage cans...though they're all too small for cinder blocks!!! Great line eddie!!!

Just send him down here, he'll be powerfed till no end.... 5 colossal rats every 3 days should suffice. Just kidding....lol He looks good. Get him on medium or large rat once a week for a while them move him up to jumbos. Good luck with him he is nice.
