FINALLY! I got my first carpet python!!!
The guy had her since 2003. She hatched in 2000. He has feeding/pooping/shedding records from the DAY he got her.  Really hard now a days to come by that, in my opinion. He's a professional photographer/ carpet python guy. He wasn't actively trying to rehome her but I posted up online and had some "feelers" out to let me know if anyone needed to adopt out a carpet.
This is a picture HE took of her.. like I said.. professional photog..
She's a Diamond Jungle cross. She doesn't like to be misted, she gets grumpy... but GREAT temperament. I'm waiting to hold her till she's acclimated to her new home.. it was a long drive for her. 
I'm going to name her Gemma... because of the whole "diamond" cross in her  I'll snap some more pics of her tonight. |
