Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
To bad their still garbage, I would not buy tissue from them. The amount of inbreeding that they admit to is simply jaw dropping, they should be kicked to the bottom of the cliff as soon as they came up with that crap about why Spider Ball Pythons head bobble and wobble. Masking a neurological disorder as just a cute side affect is down right pathetic.

Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
Not a fan of NERD either. Heard some very fishy things about them.

Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
I'm not interested in all of the BP morphs. Some of the combinations are dang ugly! I'd still like to visit there! I've been emailing Kara about getting an "inside" tour but I'm having a tough time finding a Saturday to get up there when she's available. They have some COOL t-shirts!!

Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
I've been there and have been in their breeding facility. If you take the $8 dollar tour you don't get to see too many designer ball morphs. Every time that I've purchesed a blood from Kara she has taken me to check out all of the new stuff that had hatched recently.
As far as the inbreeding goes, they arn't the only people doing it. I think there are a lot of people doing it and not admitting to it. Kev and Kara are two amazing breeders/keepers at the forefront of this hobby and they should be regarded as such.
Just my $.02

Right....... Yep they are a real inspiration. Lets be real, I don't care how many people engage in unethical breeding practices it still makes what they have done and continue to do wrong.

Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
I'm not going to argue with you boaterr, I can't change your mind and you can't change mine. We both know the quickest way to get the new morph is breed siblings or sibling to parent. When you have a bunch of money invested in a incorperation you need to be the one defining what's new in your feild.

Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
Okay guys, no arguing about this! I know that there's a discussion forum about inbreeding somewhere on here...
I don't agree with it, either, though, but that's all I'm gonna say.

Re: NERD's Ball Python Collection
I didn't see any arguing. I thought it was two people displaying their oppinions in a public forum.
