holy crud
well when i got home from work i decided to go in and check on the new BP. i went in the room and he was by his water dish. he immediately saw my movement and moved toward me. he started flicking his tongue like CRAZY!!! i put two fingers up to the glass and moved em around a little bit. he immediately came up to my fingers in kill mode, but as soon as he didnt smell food and noticed it was human interaction he calmed down. i went back in a few minutes later just to test it again. he did the same exact thing! this guy has an amazing food response. i think hes gonna be my garbage disposle snake. so to speak. i will try to feed my BCI first and if he doesnt eat then i will give it to the BP so i dont have to waste a rat. now that i look at him closer he can easilly eat a large rat. i fed him a rat hopper saturday, and a med rat yesterday. i wonder if i gave him a large rat today if it would make him regurge. im not going to feed him alot like this regularly, but he hasnt had a good meal in months, if not a year. so i wonder if i should or just give it a week.
on another note he finally finished shedding all the left over skin from 4 weeks ago off. just took some good humidty and moisture. and his weezing is gone too.
