SSD on the open sores, baths in a betadine/warm water mixture, and 1.4 ml of flagyl tubed 2x a day.
Or you say you never noticed it, ship it off to someone else and let them deal with it (like what happened in this case  )

Good luck with her, my very first BP went through that ordeal...my vet put him on SSD and baytril injections, and it cleared up pretty fast...is the flagyl working well?
