Ayeka (BP, 7 months old) just shed in pieces. I just relocated the cages in the room and might have lost some humidity level. Anyway, it is not one piece so it is hard to tell if the head piece had the eye caps or not.
When I look at her eyes they seem to have some blue-ish skin around the edge of them.
Am I paranoid? She just shed yesterday/last night, so I figure If anything I should do something soon before it becomes a problem, but it is hard to be sure they are retained (to a mostly newbie like me). I am going to try to get a picture if I can...
Any hints apreciated.
I'll ask a direct question. Is there a cream or ointment that you can use on the eyes to loosen/aliviate this problem? I imagine not, been eyes a very sensitive organ, but I thought I just ask. For now I am trying to raise humidity a bit. The eyes are round and full, not "collapsed".
