So, which one's the pastel? The spider, or the freakishly huge lemon with those weird black spots...?

Xeik, the baby is a normal. I thought maybe you posted the wrong pics

If anything, it is a bit reduced pattern

Pastel babies are as obvious as they come, and although a beautiful normal, it isn't even in the same league with an ugly pastel...sorry!

Also, here is a pic that show the eye coloration in a pastel or spider...they have green eyes that are really obvious.

He does have green eyes....

I just cna't get them to show up on my stupid little digi cam. I also can't get it to display what his colors look like when yuo see him in person. I do think he's a pastel, but where most pastels are yellow, he's light orange. It's crazy... But he does have the green eyes, I'll spend some time tonight trying to get a better pic of them for ya if I can get him to stop being so dang curious and moving around everywhere. lol

I'll also talk to my photographer and get him involved with his prof. quality camera and his studio. I bet he could get it right... he's gonna laugh at me when I tell him what I want the shoot for though. LOL

Thanks for the pics, it does help, I just wish I could get the lighting or whatever right to show in pics what shows to the eye.

Pastels vary, but it is very clear by the picture that you do not have a pastel. Pastels are very obvious. He doesn't have the blushing, or color a pastel has. He is a light normal. Your comparison shot with your other normal makes it really obvious, as a true pastel glows next to a normal.
