Question about "Tummy scales"...Ball Python
Some of the wide skinny scales on my bp's tummy aren't perfectly rounded on the end facing toward the tail. I used to be a nail tech so the only thing I can think to compare them to is unmanicured fingernails...ya know, they got chipped but rubbed smooth, they're just not even. There's only a few, I would say 7-10? But is this normal? Some of them look a *little* dry maybe? I check her tank everyday and clean it if there's anything there, i have her on brand new aspen, and I don't mist the substrate heavily (usually just the sides to get the humidity up. Any advise?
p.s. She just completed her shed a week ago, but her skin wasnt missing any tummy scales.

Re: Question about "Tummy scales"...Ball Python
I didn't notice it until a few weeks after I got her but I'm assuming she has. I just didn't know if I needed to get a vet to check her out.
