Hello everyone! I just got my latest pics developed and thought I would share some of them with you all. I tried this maroon background, but I still can't get the pics to come out brillant. I think I have some lighting issues. I just need to go buy a black sheet and take some outside pics. Anyways enjoy.

Bavmorda is a Het for Pastel. I got her from Hillary Webb at Captive Bred Pythons - Hillary Webb a little over 3 years ago.

the problem is that there is no such thing as a het for pastel since the pastel trait is codominant meaning its either a pastel or its a super pastel, or its a normal. Was she sold to you as a 'het for pastel'?

I don't know about you, but it sure looks like a male pastel breeding with a Het for pastel...HMM and those look like offspring that have both pastels and normal looking, but carrying the trait, pastels. I believe they are called hets.

Qiksilver, you are correct. Bavmorda is just a normal. Thank you for the info. I tried to go back and edit my posts, but my 15 minute elaspe time was expired. Seriously, thanks for the explanation. I have been wondering for a while about Bavmorda being a "het" for pastel and now I know exactly how a BP breeds the codominant trait of Pastel.
