My ball python Atredai some how ESCAPED the other day. I wasn't here, but when I got home he was gone and the clips were off the top for the tank. We searched for him for several hours and found nothing. The next morning I looked a bit more, but I was pretty sure that he didn't survive the night in the basement because the concrete floor is at best 50 degrees to the touch at this time of year. Anyways, I soon found his fat behind stuck trying to get underneath a metal shelf. I put him back in the tank, he basked a little and hid.

I wish I had a working scanner to put a pic of him with cobwebs all over his face.

Well good thing ya found him. One of ours is an escape artist here. Every time we open the cage to get the other one out for feeding it seems..this one manages to get out and hidden every time in the few seconds our back is turned. Funniest thing is we know exactly where to find her hehe. She's always in back of the entertainment unit beside the tv....but what a PITA to move everything to get to her. [ my et unit is solid oak..arghhh]
