When I got my first snake I made my mom go with me and handle it before I got it. I refused to get a snake that my mom was scared of, so we sat in the pet shop for two hours while I held a baby corn snake and first she would touch its tail, then she would kinda "tap" it in the middle, and she moved up in steps until she could handle it by herself. She got to the point that I would come home from school and she would be wearing overalls so that the snake could ride in the front pocket with her while she was doing chores. You may want to at least consider this method. |

Wow mabey i should do that.... You know my mom wants to wait till i can show her i will do my school work. But yet again i been showing her all the things i can do. I think she is advoiding getting the snake XD

Did you say that if you wait six weeks that she will spend a grand on a snake and the enclosure for you? What's the problem?! I'd be doing backflips If my mom told me she'd spend a thousand dollars on snake stuff for me! I'd have a great new Suri picked out and a couple of Boaphile cages...the works! I don't see where the problem lies.

No i was talking to her and talking about the snake i wanted but most of the things are hybrids. Man if my mom would spend a grand i would be happy. But we are having problems for we are getting a washer and dryer, our old ones died. And i have money for the snake i want. Its cheap
