Housing BP's together
So, the wheels in my head were turning and i'm thinking about getting another ball. Could i house the two young balls together (the new bp would be quarentined first) Would there be any big problems?

Generally, it's not a good idea to house any two snakes together, unless briefly for breeding

Housing snakes together simply comes with too many risks as that I would even consider it. My biggest concern would be that even though the newbie was quarantined it could still bring internal parasites along which would then affect your already established and healthy baby.
Other reasons for not housing snakes together that are just as important are: One snake may turn dominant and stress the other one out. And, of course, there is a slight chance of fights and cannibalism.

For the parasites. I would be getting the ball from the same breeder, and most likely the same clutch he had when i first bought my bp. Would that still be an big concern. (Still to quarantine it though)

New parasites are always a concern, and should not be messed with. I think if you quarantine, and do a fecal then the physical aspects of housing would work. However, that does not condone this. The only time I think it is alright to house them together is during breeding. Sometimes if it is temporary housing I think it is alright, as long as you are steadily working on righting the situation.

i would not put them together unless for breeding purposes because they will always try to fight over for the hide to get more heat i dont mean like bite eachother its just they will both try to get heat in the same space and that stresses them out real bad but yeah if you get another thats awesome but go by like a ten to twenty gallon cage with the proper set up and you will be fine hope this helped well good luck
oh and congrads if you get another bp

There was a news clipping somewhere on the internet in english that I can't find anymore. Anyways, this is a german clipping (in case you understand it):
http://shortnews.stern.de/shownews.c...TOKEN=98726421
It reports about an incident that took place in 2005: When a ball python, held in a reptile house in Taiwan, saw its own reflection in the glass it went bezerk and attacked ... ITSELF! It ate a quarter of its own body, ...
That should give you a good idea of the risk that comes with housing more than one BP in a tank.
I really think you should reconsider and invest in a second tank. Eliminating risks that come with housing two snakes together is well worth the extra money spend on tank, lid and furniture.
BTW, your BP is awesome. Cute as can be!
