I have never known of a ball python to have a respiratory infection.
What are the temperatures of the snake's enclosure? Cool side, warm side? Cool side should be 76-78 and warm side should be 82-86.
Is your ball python acting in any strange ways? Any "star-gazing"?

That is definitely not a good sign.. If the snake is not already separated from the others, I would do so now. I would definitely try to get it in to see the vet asap. In the meantime, you can try to lower the humidity to around 30- 40% and raise the heat a bit to 78-80cool and 88-90
Warmer temps and lower humidity usually will treat an early onset of RI (respiratory infection) although if its spitting mucous, I would see a vet.
