Carpet Python needs a name....
Ok, here's the background....
Female (so I was told, and I'm not gonna breed her so I don't care to double check). I've had her for a year and still no name!
I used to name my female snakes after female music/movie/tv stars, but now I'm married and my wife doesn't like that idea so much, plus I have no desire to.
My male BCI is named Kobe after my favorite NBA player. So I figure I could do the same with her...just that she's a female so I could snag some unisex names or last names...
Here have been my ideas so far.
Sasha (for Sasha Vujacic - LA Lakers)
Devean or Devyn (Devean George - LA Lakers)
Pierce (Paul Pierce - Boston Celtics)
Oh and if you hate the Lakers...try to be unbiased anyway in your opinion...
Here's a pic of her, though I'm sure many know what snake I'm talking about.

Yeah, I had thought of Pierce first since it's a neutral name, then Devean since that can be male or female, then the other night realized I had been overlooking one of my favorite young Laker players with a girly (not in his country) name.
Still interested in other people's input though.

Haha, you're forgetting one major thing though....all names run past the wifey since it she has somewhat claimed her as "her" snake.
She loves that for it to be "her" snake all she has to do is hold it and I do all the work. Even if she did want to do the work though she would probably get sick of it really quickly since I am SO picky about what is/isn't done with the snakes.
