Locality of Australian snakes is something pretty moot at this point. It's been so long since anything has been allowed to be exported from Oz, that most all that information is lost to random breedings by random breeders. You are lucky to find anything from Oz even being of pure subspecies and not a total mutt these days. Snakes like Bredli, blackheads and ringed pythons were so few and far between when export/import was shut down that the gene pool is more of a dried up puddle now...but not much mutting of those is going on. A lot of people are crossing diamond python blood into jungle though and it's becoming increasingly rare to find pure either of those. Marks, jungle probably has a little diamond in it somewhere along the line...but who knows?
