Could be a retained eye cap. Hard to say without a clearer picture.

Really hard to tell but it looks like a retained eye cap. Take a moist warm cloth and gently rub it and see if it loosens up. If not I would take her to the vet and let them do it as using tweezers with a jumpy snake is a tricky task.

I had a young ball python that I had hatched out, she shed both eyecaps everytime since "birth" I kept very close records on that... Well after a shed (with both eyecaps) she looked like that... I inreased humidity and everything thinking it was dehydration and I almost took her to the vet, then I soaked her and rubbed gently and ANOTHER eyecap came off! My vet said it could happen sometimes, your snake may have needed to shed a double eyecap and only one came off on that side, try soaking and rubbing it GENTLY. good luck

it does apear tobe a retained eye cap . you can also if you have some or can get it spagnum moss soak it in warm water then sqeeze out most of the water put in a rubbermaid tote and
roxxy leave her in there for a couple hrs this should soften it enough she can rub it off her self.
