Wound found, need help....
How is everyone? Well, my new little girl, the blood python, has a small, about 3/4" wound on her belly located in the last third of her body. It is a straight wound and looks like a small incision. The area in and around the wound is black, could be dried blood. The wound does not appear to have occured recently. I have cleaned and disenfected the area and plan on treating it with neosporin. Does anyone have any suggestions? What would you recommend as treatment? Is neosporin ok? Please let me know. Thanks.

its the scar from where the umbillicus was attached.
as long as there is nothing on it (crust, blood, etc) its fine.
it will get smaller w/ age
