Welocme to RTB!
These are the kind of questions it's better to ask before you get your snake (said the pot to the kettle ), but since you've got it...check these out
BP caresheets
Hope you enjoy your new acquisition, and your stay here at RTB

From the pics, she looks healthy to me, but it's really hard to tell from pics. It would have been best to research as much as you could before obtaining the ball. Look at the caresheet Rev posted and check google for more if you already haven't.

Whoops...sorry I jumped to conclusions. You hadn't mentioned that you'd read up first. Hope I didn't offend.
Best advice I can provide for a new BP owner (I don't have one, but this is what I've gathered) is to handle often, keep a close eye on your temps, and be aware that they can sometimes be problem feeders. Don't stress too much about the feeding thing. Yes, you should be concerned, but they can go several months without feeding...sometimes you gotta really work at it to get them to eat.
sorry I'm no help on the name...I've got a baby coming soon too, and am trying to come up with names myself. A lot of people like to name their snakes from history and/or mythology (ancient creature, ancient name I suppose). Others prefer something native to the snakes homeland. Bry gives all his names that start with Z. Just keep in mind you're gonna be the one yelling it off the back porch when he's out playing with his friends....or was that for naming kids
