Pictures of my Ball Python eating!
Well guess what guys,
I don't know if you all will remember, but I posted a while back and said my BP wouldn't eat? Then I tried live and he ate? Anyways, today, 5 days after he got the live I thought I would try f/t just to see if he would eat. And guess what?!?!?!? He lunged so fast and hard at the spoon I didn't even get to set the fuzzy down. LOL...I think its time for him to start eating small mice. Now all I have to do is try to get my Corn, Quincy to eat f/t and everything will be great. All snakes will be eating f/t! Anyways, here are some pictures of him enjoying his tasty meal.

Yes, I thought so myself. He swallowed it upside down...the little weirdo. Atleast he is eating f/t now, I don't care how he eats it...LOL...The important thing is that hes eating f/t. No more worries about when he gets older, and feeding live rats. ::relieved::

Great to see he's eating! Such a worry and a pain when they don't I have a male who hasn't eaten for 8months just to spite me but royal's will be royals so there you are. At least your one is well on the right road now though, he probably just needed a bit of time to settle and some reassurance he's not in danger.

He was eating live, but wouldn't touch f/t. I am SO glad he'll eat f/t! I had him for 4 weeks, and offered 4 frozen fuzzies, I finally broke down and got him live, the second he saw it wiggling he grabbed it. Today when I fed him f/t he did the same thing...I guess thinking it was a live. LOL...I tricked him...haha.

the key to getting a snake to eat f/t is to do the im so happy im gonna get eaten by a snake mouse dance.. it works great with mice or rats. =)
congrats!!
oh for pics if u can resize them to about 2:1 ratio (ie 400x300 resolution) then you should have no problems being so big when u post em.

Unless you're dealing with the BP I recently acquired and the dancing mouse scares the crap out of him!
