my new Baby ball python!!!!
well while i was at the show i came across some very nice royals  so i picked up a 100% het for albino ball python!! heres a pic, shes a female with no name  any names are welcome.i've her for a little over 2 weeks now and i cant figure out what that lump is in her ?
any help ?its in the second pic ?

Looking at the pic and its location, I would say that the lump is more than likely a hardened egg yolk. If it is near the "belly button", and hard, that is exactly what it is. The only thing that you can do is soak her, and GENTLY work it towards the vent. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, take it to the vet, they will do it for you. JUST BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL.....I THINK I killed a female albino retic doing it myself before I knew how to do it. Even now, I would not feel comfortable doing it myself.

nah i havent fed her, i got her 3 weeks ago, i kno its said 2 but i miss counted  , a hardened egg yolk ?? <never heard that before ?,
but the thing is we she crawls around she doesnt her body from where the lump is down, so shes only moving with lik half her body ? im so confused  the lumps npo very hard, i can sorta press it in but it jus pops rite back out, this has got me really worried.

Dude/Chick I have no idea what this even says. What you need to do is take it to the vet and have them check it out. I would be willing to bet, with about 80% certainty, that it is a retained egg yolk.

yea imma a dude my names justin  im saying lik when she slithers around lik where the lump is, she doesnt move that part of her body down, she lik drags as she's slithering around.
