not again !!!
another snake has unfortunately caught my eye, my local herp store has just got in a 4 foot white lipped python i didnt realise how awesome these things look in the flesh pictures don't do them justice. one of the best snakes i've ever seen. anyway does anyone have any info on them or does anyone keep them. please try and put me off its going for £250 im guessing thats around 400 dollars not cheap.

They are not "White Lip Pythons". They're "Bite your Lip off Pythons". They're fast, alert and generally tempermental. There are a select few that can be doscile, but I would go so far as to say that those select few have brain damage. LOL

If you don't mind intelligent and aggressive snakes, then go for it, LOL. If you are more into the gentle, handleable type then stay far, far away.  White lipped pythons are absolutely beautiful animals but should never be underestimated. They are incredibly fast, extremely strong and their bites are painful... |
