May 1st there is a reptile show in Pittsburgh PA in which I will be, and I want to purchase a new snake. The JCP is sparking my intrest, and I just wanted to know if they are a good choice for a new snake. I currently own a BCI and a ball python(If it matters...) I read a lot abput them being nippy, but do they grow out of it? Are they hard to take care of? Any advice on wether I should get a JCP or something else would be great. Also, how much is too much to pay for a JCP?

if you are properly caring for a bci and a ball python, i don't see why you couldn't care for a jungle. just read up on them and ask any questions.

Carpets are nippy as babies, but with regular handling soon get over that. Around here, for a nice baby, you would expect to pay around $125-$175, depending on color. Right now all I have is a 5ft male, he is going for $250, if that gives you some idea. Good luck.
