Question Anybody know about Australian water python?

I got what I was told was an australian water python, long slender snake that is dark on top with a lighter yellowish belly was told by the dealer that it was a australian water python. We are playing #$%^&#$%^&#$%^&#$%^& gett'n it to eat we have wormed, internal parasite drops, mite spray, and anyother doctor'n we can think of and after 6 months all he has eaten is some pinkies I have squirted into him but other wise nothing, oh yeah he ate a few fish once but won't touch 'em now. Temp is good cain't find any thing on if he needs high humidity or not. He looks good, sheds regular with full perfect sheds and seems to have no health problems but the not eat'n thing. If anyone could give me any idea what he may eat it owuld be greatly appreciated.

Hi

How old is it?? Try using larger food items. When I kept Water Pythons i found they had a better feeding response when offered larger prey items. Also try both thawed and live prey item. As a last resort you could try offering a small live finch. Alot of the Liasis will readily take finches, but weaning them off finches to rodents can be difficult.

I had a baby once, and it only ate live fuzzy rats.

Took 2 months to figure that out.

Never thought by looking at the thing it could eat something so big for its size.
