Carpet Pythons in general are not aggressive. They can be mildly nervous youngsters and snap if scared, but with regular handling, quickly grow out of it before their teeth become a problem.
Jungle Carpet Pythons however are a different story and some may remain snappy into adulthood.
Are you looking at gettling a CP or JCP ?

You have read 14 caresheets and presumably had to go to sites about the particular snakes to get the caresheets, what further info are you after?
CP or JCP, it all comes down to what you want in the end, colourwise and temperament wise. The housing and husbandry issues are pretty much the same. I keep CP and JCP in exactly the same conditions and see no great difference in their behaviour.
If you want a (generally larger) easy to keep calm snake you can handle lots, get the CP. If you want a (generally smaller) sometimes fussy pretty snake you spend more time looking at than handling, get the JCP.
(This info for the above is a rough generalisation and you will get the odd fussy CP and the odd calm JCP).
Specifically, what info are you after and we can answer your questions, otherwise, just google for general info, but as I said, if you have read all those caresheets, then I figure you have all the general info by now anyway.

... Personally, I prefer my CP's. I like a snake you can interact with and hold and let the kids hold. I like being able to stick my head in a cage and clean, without worrying about being snapped at in the process. I am not breeding, so I have no desire to keep the 'display' snakes like JCP that command a higher resale price.

I have 4 adult JCP's and are all dog tame. Speaking from my experience with them, they are great, easy to care for, and a pleasure to keep. They are nippy when young, but most do grow out of it with regular handling.

I recently switched to a CM/Aspen mix and it works great, I live in FL, humidity is not a problem here. I keep them at 60H and will mist occassionaly during shed to get it up into the 70's.
