I bought another royal last night, lol. It's just a little guy that was farm born/captive born. Okay he's nice and healthy, firm and fat, he is also one that has had his first shed at mouse(farm born get shipped directly after hatching), I know I hated it to but I couldn't help myslef with the price. My question is what is a good feeding schedule for the little booger(opps I said booger, lol). I'm thinking two fuzzies every week, until he moves up in size of mouse then once a week regular mouse then up to 2-3 a week then up to the small rats every 10-14 days, does that sound good? While I'm on the subject is 3mice every week too much(power feeding) a 1yr old, 3' bp? I know it's time to move up to rats.

Most Ball Pythons can start on one hopper mouse per week for their first few months, then go to normal size mouse, then jumbo, then rats. I only fed my baby a hopper two or three times until I went up to normal mouse. Right now he's eating jumbos, and is about to switch to small rats.
