I'd have to say my personal favorites are Ringed Pythons, Carpet Pythons, Ball pythons, and Black heads. I agree, it sucks when people breed snakes to produce a certain trait, because it usually involves inbreeding, which lowers the immune system and so on. I don't care for albino any thing, because it really does take the natural beauty away from the snake.

My Ultimate Favorite are the burm morphs. e.g. Albino, green, Labyrinth.... Second, would be the Ball and the third is a tree way tie btween the jungle, boa, and blood. And if you fed and handled a blood more than julius feeds his dwarf burm......lol, then you would have any problems them. Most people don't handle their snakes, and then they wonder why they are nasty.

The blue Green Tree Pythons are amazing! Jungles and Irian Jaya Carpets are tantalizing!
Womas have to be my favorite! Too expensive though. I saw a Juvie Woma at the Reptile Expo in NY for $300!!!! A little too much for me then. Hope I see one again next Expo

Jeez guys! Noone on this board likes Angolan Pythons!!
Angolans and Womas are on the top of my wish list. Of course womas are definately more realistic! Angolans give me the impression of a snake not unlike BP's in the fact that the patterns are dark and maze-like. But angolans have a faded appearence of a more subtle brown hue that accents their bueaty perfectly. Their heads are also quite majestic in the same tapered way of a BP's.
Woma's just seem rather actively colubrid like for a python. Their patterns are also somewhat buetiful, with nice faded vertical stripes and a cute lil' head. [addsig]

Sorry. Just noticed the second page
My bad. Looks like there are only a couple of people who really like angolans though One gentleman was willing to give part of his reproductive system away for one however, and that says alot about the cute lil' fellas. My favorite pythons are by far the bloods. I really love black bloods, but I can't say that too loud because my baby Sumatran (Big Red) will hear me and try to kill me next time I try to get her out!! Oh yeah, she already does that every time I get near her. Hee Hee. Thats okay, it is good to have something to keep you on your toes. I love her even if she does have and attitude problem. As far as my python collection goes, I would say that my favorites are:
1. Carpet pythons (I have an Irian Jaya and a Jungle)
2. Green tree pythons
3. Ringed pythons
They are the prizes of my colleciton.
