Great topic!
My fav would have to be the Queensland Carpet. I've got a 7' male so I'm partial,ok?
Great temperment(if handled properly), nice size, and beautiful markings. I did'nt even change my mind after he bit me in front of 45 4-6 year old kids the other week(long story,my fault)lol

P.S. Excellent teaching example of what not to do lol

Reptilian, I'm jealous. I wanna Carpet Python. (Whine!) Lucky, you. I would love to hear about your 'incident' with the nipping. I want to make sure I never do whatever caused that (especailly since I have Burms!).

Actually, I just want to hear all about the Carpet Pythons. I am hoping one day to be owned by one
Take care, and keep teaching those kids about these incredible animals.

Oh...and Ceylonese pythons are a different Indian rock subspecies that come from what was once called the Island of Ceylon off the coast of India....the Island is currently called Sri Lanka.
