    Sorry to bother you but I don't know where to post and questions. I'm new to the snake care and would like to ask you a question.

    My RTB just shed two hrs ago as I was defrosting her rat to eat. I did not know she would do this so fast.

    I now have a rat that is unfrozen now and ready to eat. Can I still feed her now or wait until later today or at least by 8 pm tonite.

    I would like to know if its ok to keep the rat in the bag i was defrosting it in and for how long.

    Please help just wanted to know how long a rat can be unfrozen before the snake can eat it -- Like can the rat be left out for more than 12 hrs or throw it out?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated...just did not know how to ask on the board.
