New arrivals at PETS & Things
I just placed a order due to arrive 3/31/04. I'm kinda geeked about it because some of these are not seen in stores around here. Here is the list.
10x High color B. Dragons
1x* Amethystene Python (yes I know they get huge, he will probably be a display)
5x Reeds Frog
1x cbb green tree python
5x red N. Uromatyx
1x Dwarf Rainbow Tegu
10x cbb S. Monitor
5x C. A. Red tail boa
1x* Indo Tree boa
1x Fire millipede
1x Red leg millipede
1x Fort Hall Baboon tarantula
1x Mex red knee Tarantula
1x Red foot tortoise
4x Dumeril Boa
P.S. I know have available Dwarf Retics.
Let me now what you think about these and any experiance you might have with the ones I have *'s on. Look forward to hearing you feed back. I will post pics after they come in.

Amethystines... also known as scrub pythons. Morelia amethystina - They are mostly arboreal. If gotten young, they can be 'tamed down' enough to be handleable without being bitten. They are extremely intelligent as far as snakes go. I had a friend with a Bar neck scrub that she would handle regularly. Beautiful snakes! They feel like velvet.... except for their teeth.

Free HUH? I could pay shiping too right... LMAO
well the rainbow tegu didnt come, they ran out. The Indo looks like a solman Island boa. The amithystine is the softest snake I have ever felt. He is like silk. He is pretty nippy though. He constricted my rist untill my hand went numb. Here are some pics of the things I got in.

Indo. Tree Boa (I think its a Sol. Is. Tree Boa) ^ ^ ^ ^

Red Foot Tortoise ^ ^ ^ ^
If anyone knows anything about the "Indo Tree Boa" Please let me know. Maybe a solman island tree or ground Boa? I'm stumped.

Lots of handling needed for the scrubby to get it to a comfortable 'social' level. If you think that feels like silk, try playing with Liasis Fuscus.
