I know you won't believe me---so I plan on having someone take pics during a leg workout to prove it online but here are the squat numbers:
Free Standing Squat: Bar 45--Plates: 4, 45's and 2, 25's
Hack squat machine: whatever the machine weighs (which is light) and 16, 45's
Not typos on the second exercise---that is 8, 45 pound plates on each side...the guys in the guy are always amazed by how much I max out at

Especially because I appear so small.
Having some problems with my camera ---discs keep corrupting and I don't know why....
