Hacking posts ... whos does it ?

well i would like to ask who is responsible for removing posts in the classified section?

I had posted two posts ads this morning on the "caging classifieds" and they have been removed by someone on the board , i would like to get a answer as to why there were removed and by whom ?Its a shame that someone here removes a companies ads to simply amuse their self or protect the interest of someone who they know that also sales caging for reptiles. There was also a post removed in the caging forum where i had posted a picture of my cage there , yes it was removed also and im sure by the same person/s that did the others.Well i hope who ever is doing the removal of peoples posts here grows up and gets a real life its a shame a site like shane has put together is drug down by someone he intrusted with powers on his site


i also expect this post to be removed very soon

there was a glitch earlier, some posts were lost. no one did it puposely. No need to get all defensive.

I find it a shame that you jumped to conclusions before finding out what really happened. I personally would hesitate to do business with someone as short tempered as yourself. Your post doesn't make people want to do business with you. It's always better to ask before accusing. I myself have been guilty of goin at it the wrong way, but i don't have to worry too much about what people think of me as I don't need any of them to like or trust me for any business reasons. If that weren't the case I would be more cautious.

Sorry about the troubles this may have caused you, it was not done intentionally. An error on the site forced the owner to have to restore everything from a backup that was created last night. In doing so a few posts in the classifieds and the forums were lost.

I understand Junglehabitats confusion...but that's exactly what it is. We have had some technical problems here the last few days and it has resulted in the loss of some post. I saw the post on the glitch and posts lost , but my posts were made after that time the "glitch" had taken place. If that was the reason and it was attributed to that then excuse my post .But i didnt think that a glitch would be selective to three post made in different sections after it had already been noted.

Im actually not short tempered and i did ask as to what happened and to why . there was a answer as to what happened so if that was the reason thats fine i just wanted to know .Secondly i asked due to the fact that there have been a few problems with someone here deleting posts & accounts that has been noted by others that had there entire accounts removed by a person / persons here so i think my asking was a legitimate question due to the circumstances at hand

Your asking was legitimate...but we had to reset again today JH. Once again...we apologize for the inconvienience...but I believe your posts were lost with many others when the site was reset this morning around 9am.

no problem just for records they were made at 10:15 - 10:30 this morning thats when my email from RTB on my posts were sent to me agian no hard feelings i understand how things go aray with systems i have had my share on my forums so its kosher
