Advice taken

Well I took everyones advice, I split my 2 snakes up. I haven't built the new cage yet but I divded my current cage into two sections. Being as both snakes are under 2 ft I figured splitting my 4x2 into 2 2x2 cages wouldn't hurt anything they still have enough room to stretch, hide and climb. Now I have a ???????? My cross got out of the cage and crawled under the cage and found an old school nintendo game sleeve crawled inside and now its his favorite hide so I tried it for my bci and she loves it to, they both seem to like it better than the big mansion sized hides I have in there for them. Does this seem odd to anyone else?

Definately, snakes seem to prefer tight dark hides over the larger ones. Mine actually prefer ones that you wouldnt even believe they could fit into.

Yeap. I have a small bag that I carry around my waist, so when my shoulder snake feels the need to hide, she can slip down and into it. Thing is, she constantly tries to get into the little coin pouch on the side of it, (a really tight squeeze) rather than into the slightly roomier main pocket itself. :P
