Speech Success!
Hey guys....well I did my speech today and it turned out great. I am literally talk of the school at the moment.
I did my speech then I bought out the snakes. Everyone was scared at the thought of touching one...but by the end of the day at least 80% of the people touched them. I also took them to my Bio class.
I brought my Ball Python, Boa, & Burmese PYthon. I have them in a room in pillowcases in their own 10 gallon with heat pads so they are fine. I am getting a ride home also.
But I think I got an A! YES! Everyones favorite was the Ball Python...except a few liked the Burmese Python.

LOL, Sorry Louise.... Some of us just prefer those "dirty egg layers" I love my boas, don't get me wrong, but I am a python fanantic! They are quite different from boas, and many of them show an intelligence that borders on scary (especially Morelia).

Upon reading the subject of this thread, I had haunting memories of speech therapy classes back in school. Good job on the speech, Don. What all did you talk about?

Ummm..... well, let's see... out of the 43 snakes 15 are Colombian, 1 is a Hogg Island and one is an Argentine.
Good going Don! Back in the dark ages when I was still going to Jr. High (shut UP, Morti!!) I did my speech on canaries. My mother and I bred canaries for a few years, so I figured that would be easy to talk about. I don't even remember what grade I got or what I said I do know that I was nervous as heck.. I absolutely abhor speaking in front of a crowd.
