Sounds like a familiar old myth story about a snake causing a major pile up. I hope this isn't really true! But I'm impressed how these snake fearers KNEW it was a "Viper" and that they just had to kill it. The world is definitely a safer place now! What a bunch of fools!

The best I can figure, it's in Montenegro, in the former Yugoslavia. That's all I could come up with on a google search for the town.
I do kinda wonder what kind of snake it was. "Viper" may very well be a colloquialism for all snakes.

Am I the only one that noticed in one paragraph they said "killed" and in the next they said "caught"? So is it dead or not? Dead, I'm sure, but kinda misleading. Think they've ever heard of proofreading? Not to mention relocation...

who ever wrote it didnt know what they were talking about anyways. i noticed that suzi. but if they killed it, they probably meant caught it. i hope they planned on gettin that guy a new car..
