moms decorating skills

i am having my mom decorate my apartment. she was gonna be an interior decorator. i always had everything dark/black. this time i want it homey and country. she is far from done but i think she is doing a great job. it is her passion in life to decorate. her place looks like a magazine picture.
my living room. she decorated the corner shelf. she finds things at the salvation army and puts them all together and makes up some really cool stuff. living room is only partially done.


i love what she has done to the kitchen so far.


the wood shelf on the wall was just a shelf. she bought all the stuff to decorate it with and painted the stuff on it.

this is my favorite picture ever and i broke it when a wolf spider crawled behind it. i beat it till it fell off the wall.

she would love it. i swear she use to move just to have a new place to decorate! the owner of her apartments use her apartment as the model. they lower her rent for letting them.
