I finally had my first sucessful ball python breeding, 6 perfect little babies just hatched last night.
Over the years I have kept numerous groups of ball pythons (mainly imports)and aside from getting slugs was never sucessful at breeding.
Part of my problem I also attributed to moving very very frequently (every 6 mos, to a year).
This year I was keeping a pair of CB for a friend who couldnt house them temporarily (well, ive had them for nearly 2 years here now) and I decided to let them "go for it".
This is a personal victory for me, since I have bred every type of my "target" snakes species except ball pythons.
And now I have.
Just wanted to share.
thanks for reading.
Pics are to follow shortly.

I've pretty much found homes to give most of them, but there is a possibility that one doesnt have a home yet.

Hey Matt!. Great to hear man! Congratulations. I want to see some pics of the little beauties, so hurry up and post them.
BP's seem so problematic (from what I've seen on here, I've actually dealt with very few), I guess that can go for breeding too. When you've dealt with as many species as you have though, I would say it was only a question of when, not if for you.

Thanks Ted, I used to have several dozen ball pythons with hopes of large scale breeding, and never had much luck, I think I had my resources spred too thin with having too many other snakes, but now that I dont have 10 dozen other snakes , I can actually focus on my target species and work well with the small number of snakes I have choosen.
I'll have pics soon.
